One of the advantages of the y-shaped filter is that there is no need to remove the filter from the pipeline in order to empty the impurities from the basket, and it is also possible to empty the impurities from the basket without interrupting the flow. This is done using the drain screw located on the mesh cover. For this purpose, at the designated time, the drain screw is completely opened and as a result, all the accumulated impurities inside the basket are thrown out along with the fluid.
